Dr. Patricia Nguyen is a native Houstonian who’s always had a deep love for animals and the communities that care for them.
She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Houston, then went on to earn her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Michigan State University in 2024 (Go Green!) Her clinical interests include soft tissue surgery and preventative care.
Dr. Nguyen’s veterinary journey took her through a variety of experiences, in particular opportunities to serve the community. From participating in a spay/neuter campaign in rural Mexico to working with multiple shelters, she is passionate about making a difference through everyday care and is excited to continue building meaningful relationships with both patients and pet parents here at Legacy Drive.
Having recently moved to Dallas, she is eager to start exploring all the beautiful things the city has to offer. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys hiking, reading, checking out new restaurants, and going on trails with her 16-year-old dog, Marley.
